QuickFix is Ramesh and three plumbers who have all worked together for at least six years. There is no call centre and no subcontracting — the person who answers the phone is one of the four, and the person who arrives is one of the four. We work a radius of about eight kilometres around Jayanagar, which is small enough that we can honestly promise ninety minutes on an emergency and small enough that a job done badly would follow us around. Every job is quoted before it starts, every price on this site is the price you pay, and every repair carries six months.

Price before we start
A written quote before any work begins. If the job turns out to be bigger once it is open, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill.
A time, not a window
We give you an hour, not "sometime Tuesday". If we are running late you get a call, which costs us nothing and is apparently rare.
Six-month guarantee
Every repair is guaranteed for six months. If the same fault returns inside that, we come back and there is no second callout fee.
Licensed and insured
Karnataka licensed, with public liability cover. Certificate available on request — ask, and you should be asking everyone.
We clean up
Dust sheets down, waste taken away, and the space left as we found it. A plumbing job should not leave you with a cleaning job.
A plumber answers
No operator, no ticket number. Whoever picks up can tell you whether it can wait until morning and which valve to close if it cannot.

Tell us what is happening and where you are. We will tell you honestly whether it is an emergency or whether it can wait until morning at a lower rate.
We visit and quote
We look at it properly, explain what is wrong in plain language and give you a written price. If you would rather not go ahead, that is fine and there is nothing to pay on a standard callout.
Fixed, cleaned, guaranteed
We do the work, test it in front of you, clear up and hand over. Six-month guarantee on the repair, and the invoice matches the quote.

Questions we get asked
Do you charge a callout fee?
On a standard booking, no — you pay for the work, and if you decide not to go ahead after the quote there is nothing to pay. Emergency callouts outside 8am–8pm carry a ₹1,500 fee that covers the visit and the first hour of labour, and we say so on the phone before we set off.
How fast can you get here?
Same day for anything booked before about 4pm, and inside ninety minutes for a genuine emergency anywhere in Jayanagar, JP Nagar or BTM Layout. Further out we will give you an honest time rather than an optimistic one.
Which areas do you cover?
Roughly eight kilometres around Jayanagar — Jayanagar, JP Nagar, BTM Layout, Banashankari, Basavanagudi and parts of Koramangala. Outside that we will usually still come for a booked job, but we will not promise emergency timings we cannot keep.
Can I buy the fittings myself?
Yes, and we will fit them at labour rate. We will tell you if we think a particular fitting is a poor buy, but it is your call and we will not refuse the job over it. Anything we supply carries its manufacturer warranty and we handle the claim.
Are you licensed and insured?
Karnataka licensed plumbers with public liability insurance. We will show you the certificate on request, and you should be asking that of anyone you let near your water supply.
How do I pay?
UPI, card or cash, on completion. You get a printed invoice that matches the quote — if the two ever differ it is because you approved extra work in writing first.
